     in the morning of february 21st, mr. wang dongming, as the secretary of sichuan provincial party and director of the standing committee of sichuan provincial people’s congress, and mr. chen guangzhi, as the committee and general secretary of sichuan provincial party, accompanied by mr. lei hongjin, who is the director of zigong municipal committee, arrived without luggage and prompt at china western power industrial co.,ltd ,which is located in the high-tech industrial zone of zigong city. they paid a new year call on workers at the production line, and investigated and surveyed on the implementation of the strategy of “multiple points and multiple polarizations” supported development and pushing forward the rapid development in the economic zone in south of sichuan.
     secretary wang firstly paid a visit to the workshops, and gave a new-year call on the workers at the production line. he chatted with the workers and inquired about their working and living conditions at present, their salary and their holidays last year, and their suggestions on the company etc. secretary wang showed his sincere care for the workers.
     later on, secretary wang paid a visit to the company exhibition hall to learn about cwpc’s technical r&d, cooperated projects overseas, and the developing situations of marketing network of cwpc in detail. cwpc chairman li renchao reported to secretary wang that cwpc had always been committed to the manufacture of professional energy power equipments, researching and developing not only the new-energy-comprehensively-utilized boilers represented by biomass boilers ,alkali recovery boilers, blast furnace boilers, residue fired boilers, but also the optimized-energy-saving boilers represented by cfb and natural circulation pulverized coal boilers. it provides customers with diversified solutions for energy systems; through cooperation with korean hyundai green power plant, cwpc realizes manufacturing the blast furnace boilers with four kinds of mixed-combustion gases (blast furnace gas, natural gas, coke oven gas and converter gas) as the fuels, and realizes exporting china’s large power equipments to the second world country in the first time with the export value increasing magnificently from 5.76 million dollars in 2008 to 0.16 billion dollars in 2012.at present, cwpc is one of the enterprises which have the most varieties of products ,most complete grades of products ,the largest capacity of products, and the largest export value in the field of new-energy boilers which can process “three wastes”(waste water, waste gas, waste residue) ,save energy and reduce discharges in china. more than 30 provinces, cities, autonomous regions throughout china, and many countries such as korea, india, brazil and regions are in good demand of cwpc’s products.

    for the next step， the chairman, mr. li renchao side that cwpc will increase epc projects and investment in the field of new energy system by relying on its nearly 30 years’ experience on heavy equipments manufacturing; further develop clean combustion technology; expand the markets of solid waste treatment represented by municipal refuse and household refuse, gas waste treatment represented by coal gas and tail gas and liquid waste treatment represented by alkali recovery boilers; strengthen the research and development and market expanding of desulphurization and denitration technology, so as to make greater contributions in the field of energy saving and environmental protection and participate in the construction of “beautiful china”. he specially reported the latest development of cwpc in the market of three wastes treatment and the field of energy saving and environmental protection — the construction situation of the 2×400t/d zigong refuse incineration power plant project . this project adopted bot mode, and it was constructed under the powerful combination between sichuan nengtou company and cwpc, the total investment of it was 0.35 billion, and the first 400 t/d garbage power boiler of this project would be put into operation on june 30, 2013. after the construction of this project completed, the daily garbage treatment would reach 800 ton, this project could effectively govern the urban pollution, improve people's livelihood, promote the development of environmental protection industry and recycling economy, thus this refuse incineration power plant would been a demonstration base of garbage disposal harmlessness, decrease and resource. at the same time, this project was also a kind of exploration and attempt for the running mode of cwpc’s business and market expanding of new energy utilization. cwpc would strive in the next 3 to 5 years to become domestic first-class and internationally known supplier and service provider for new energy utilization system solution.
