      through the successfully cooperation with south korea daewoo e&c on the project of eight units boiler island in two phases, china western power industrial co., ltd (cwpc) not only made breakthroughs in product exporting, but also contributed to the industrial economy and foreign trade of zigong city. to honor contributions made by mr. park joon seong, the president of south korea daewoo e&c chinese firm and the supervisor on korea project, who played an important role during this procedure, and to encourage internationally well-known and international management personnel to continue their care and support to local economic construction and the exchanges with korea, on december 25, 2012, zigong municipal government awarded mr. park joon seong the title of “honorary citizen of zigong city” and held a grand awarding ceremony at huidong hotel. mr. chen jiming, the deputy mayor of zigong city, mr. liu xueliang, the deputy secretary-general of the zigong municipal government, mr. caoying, the director of the foreign affairs and tourism administration, mr. liu shiyong, the deputy director of the foreign affairs and tourism administration, mr. li renchao, the chairman of cwpc and mr. yang jun, the president of cwpc attended the ceremony. and mr. liu xueliang chaired the ceremony. 
      firstly, mr. liu shiyong, the deputy director of the foreign affairs and tourism administration, read out the decision on awarding mr. park joon seong the title of “honorary citizen of zigong city” by zigong municipal government. 
      mr. caoying, the director of the foreign affairs and tourism administration, expressed his appreciation to mr. park joon seong for his efforts on promoting cwpc to international market and the economic development of zigong city and he hoped that mr. park joon seong would as always cooperate with cwpc in the future and make new contributions on construction of “five zigong” along with zigong citizen.  
      mr. yang jun, the president of cwpc, on behalf of the company, expressed thanks to mr. park joon seong for his kind assistance. mr. yang jun side that under the guidance of mr. piao, cwpc conducted the fabrication in strict accordance with the contract requirements and the international engineering practice and kept improving the quality of products, thus cwpc completed the project punctually with each index higher than requested in the contract which greatly satisfied the project owner— hyundai green power plant. through cooperation with korea, cwpc increased innovative power, made four types mixed gases firing in  bfg boiler become successful which is the first time throughout the world and exported the large-scale generating equipments of china to the second-world country for the first time. thus the product quality and international image of cwpc were significantly boosted, and also many breakthroughs were made on products export. mr. yang jun said that cwpc would continue to strengthen the cooperation and exchanges with korea enterprises, to reward the leaders at all levels and friends with better outstanding achievement.
     at last, mr. chen jiming, the deputy mayor of zigong city, on behalf of the municipal government, awarded the certificate of “honorary citizen of zigong city” to mr. park joon seong and gave a gift to him. mr. piao said in excitement that in the future he would live up to expectations to further boost the exchanges between chinese and korean enterprises, and made unremitting efforts to the better future of cwpc and zigong city.
